Goitse at the Opera House
The multi-award-winning quintet, Goitse, comes to the National Opera House, Wexfod on 25 Feb 2017. Forged in the white-hot creative crucible of Limerick University’s Irish World Academy the band was recently crowned Live Ireland’s 'Trad group of the Year', Chicago Irish American News’ 'Group of the Year', as well as winning the prestigious 'Freiburger International Leiter 2016 Award' in Germany. Their fourth album, Inspired by Chance, has received rave reviews. When in Wexford they will be giving workshops on the afternoon of the concert.
